# Module 05: Build It

**Build Your AI-Powered 90-Day Marketing Campaign for the Holidays**
Branches B1 · Facilitated by The Creative Strategist

---

This is the build. Everything you have answered so far feeds into this one, so these questions are about the practical stuff: where you post, how people pay you, what you have to work with, and what has actually stopped you before.

When you run this prompt you get your complete Thanksgiving campaign plus your dated calendar through December 31. Then you spend the rest of the day actually making it.

Fourteen questions.

*About 20 minutes.*

## Part A: Your Three Channels

A marketing channel is any path a customer can take to find you, trust you, and do business with you. There are eleven categories and more than fifty channels. You do not need them all. Nobody does.

The rule of thumb: **one channel to be found, one to build relationships, one to accelerate.** Three, done with excellence, is a complete system for most small businesses.

The full guide is downloadable above, and there is an information button next to every option on the page.

**1. Your FOUND channel. How do new people discover you?**
The one you will genuinely work on this quarter. Search, maps, directories, marketplaces, markets, word of mouth.

**2. Your BUILD channel. How do you stay in touch and earn trust?**
Where you show up again and again for people who already know you exist. Email, text, one social platform, a community, a loyalty programme.

**3. Your ACCELERATE channel. How do you speed it up?**
Optional. Paid reach, or somebody else's audience borrowed with permission. "Nothing yet, no budget" is a perfectly good answer and your plan will still work.

**Which channels are you currently keeping alive out of guilt, and could stop?**
Naming these is how you free up the hours to do three things properly.

## Part B: The Practical Stuff

**4. Do you have an email or text list? Roughly how many people?**
"No" is a common and completely fine answer, you will get a simple way to start.
*Example: "About 340 emails from my Square account."*

**5. How do people buy from you, and what link do they use?**
How they order and pay, plus the link.
*Example: "They DM me and I send a Square invoice. My link is linktr.ee/sweetlayers."*

---

## Part C: What You Have to Work With

**6. Are you making the content yourself, or do you have help?**
Be specific about what the help can actually do.
*Example: "Just me" or "My daughter helps with posting on weekends."*

**7. What do you have for making images?**

- [ ] Canva, free
- [ ] Canva Pro
- [ ] Just my phone camera
- [ ] Claude or another AI image tool
- [ ] Photoshop or similar
- [ ] Nothing yet
- [ ] Other: ________________________

**8. Do you have any budget for ads? Roughly how much?**
Zero is a completely fine answer, and your plan will work without it. Leave blank and you will get a suggested starter amount you can ignore.
*Example: "Maybe $100 total" or "$0."*

**9. What photos or videos do you already have that you could reuse?**
Old posts, customer photos, phone camera roll, product shots, before-and-afters, a video someone took at an event. Most business owners are sitting on more usable material than they realize, and reusing beats creating.

## Part D: What Has Actually Stopped You

**10. What is the best-performing thing you have ever posted? What was it?**
If you know, describe it. This is often the single most valuable answer on this page, because the answer is usually "the one where I was just being myself."

**11. What actually stops you from posting consistently?**
Time, not knowing what to say, feeling awkward on camera, perfectionism, forgetting, not seeing results. Name the real one. Your plan gets built around it.

**12. What day and time each week can you genuinely commit to making content?**
A specific slot, not "when I get a chance." This becomes the recurring appointment in your calendar.
*Example: "Sunday nights after 8, once the kids are down."*

**13. Who could help you, even a little?**
A family member who can film, a friend who writes well, an employee who is good on camera, another business owner you could trade with. You do not have to do all of this alone.

---

## Part E: Non-Negotiables

**14. Anything that must be in the campaign?**
A specific date, a phrase, a product you have to move, a photo you want used, a partner you need to mention.
*Example: "Must push the cookie trays, I have inventory. And our anniversary is Dec 3."*
