# Module 04: What's the Offer?

**Build Your AI-Powered 90-Day Marketing Campaign for the Holidays**
Branches B1 · Facilitated by The Creative Strategist

---

You know who you are selling to. You know when. Now the part most people skip: **what exactly are you offering, and what is the one message that carries all 90 days?**

That second part is what makes this a campaign instead of a pile of posts. One message, worn differently for each moment. You write it once, here, and then every flyer, video, email and caption between now and December 31 gets built off it.

**These are almost all open boxes, and that is deliberate.** This is the thinking module. Your answers here become your actual words on actual flyers, so the more real and specific you are, the less generic your campaign comes out.

Fourteen questions.

*About 25 minutes.*

## Part A: What You Are Selling

**1. For Thanksgiving, your anchor, what are you thinking of offering?**
"Not sure yet" is a perfectly good answer, Claude will propose options built from your business.
*Example: "Maybe a pie and cookie bundle" or "Not sure yet."*

**2. Which of your offerings would you most love to sell more of this quarter, and why that one?**
The one where the money and the joy line up.
*Example: "Custom cakes. Best margin and the part I actually love."*

**3. Which of your offerings is most profitable, and which is most popular? Are they the same thing?**
If they are not, that gap is one of the most useful things you will learn today. Most small businesses are busiest selling the thing that makes them the least.

**4. What is the easiest yes for someone who has never bought from you?**
Your lowest-risk, lowest-price, easiest-to-say-yes-to thing. If you do not have one, say so, that is worth knowing.

**5. What do you have too much of, or need to move before the end of the year?**
Inventory, unsold stock, unbooked hours, perishable supplies, a slow service. A campaign is a great way to clear it.

---

## Part B: Price and Protection

**6. Is there anything you cannot discount, or a price you need to protect?**
Important. Some businesses do lasting damage by discounting in Q4.
*Example: "I will not go below $150 on a custom cake, it is not worth my time."*

**7. What could you add that costs you very little but means a lot to the customer?**
A bonus, a small gift, faster turnaround, a handwritten note, first access, a free consultation, gift wrapping. This is how you make an offer better without cutting your price.

**8. What have you never bundled that you could bundle?**
Two things that naturally go together, sold as one. Often the fastest way to raise your average sale without raising a single price.

---

## Part C: The Reason and the Ask

**9. What is the honest reason someone should act now instead of in January?**
Not a fake deadline. A real one.
*Example: "I only take 12 orders for Thanksgiving week and then I am full."*

**10. What one action do you want people to take?**
Pick one, then write it in your own words.

- [ ] Send me a message or DM
- [ ] Click a link and order
- [ ] Call or text me
- [ ] Book an appointment
- [ ] Walk into my shop
- [ ] Reply to my email
- [ ] Other: ________________________

**In your words, exactly what you want them to do:**
*Example: "DM me the word PIE and I will send you the order form."*

---

## Part D: The Message

**11. By January, what do you want people to say about your business?**
One sentence. This is usually where your real message lives.
*Example: "That I am the person you go to when it actually matters."*

**12. What is the story behind your business that you do not tell often enough?**
Why you started, what you gave up for it, a moment that changed how you work, who taught you. This is where your proof comes from, and almost nobody uses theirs enough.

**13. If someone buys from you once this quarter, what do you want them to buy next?**
Thinking past the single sale is what turns a holiday bump into a real January. It also changes what you should offer now.

**14. Anything that must be included, or must be avoided?**
Key dates, must-say details, a phrase you love, a claim you cannot legally or honestly make, a word you hate.
*Example: "Must say we are family-owned. Never say 'cheap.'"*
