# Module 03: When Will You Sell?

**Build Your AI-Powered 90-Day Marketing Campaign for the Holidays**
Branches B1 · Facilitated by The Creative Strategist

---

A dozen big moments are on the table between now and December 31. You are going to run **three to five**, plus a handful of easy trend-day posts in the gaps. Thanksgiving is already one of them.

The point of this module is not to pick the most dates. It is to pick the dates you can actually deliver on, and to find out now which ones to leave alone. A campaign you run beats a calendar you admire.

Thirteen questions. The ticky boxes are quick. The writing boxes are where the real work happens.

*About 20 minutes.*

## Part A: Your Picks

**1. Which big moments are you considering?**
From the Moment Menu. Pick freely here, Claude will help you cut down to three to five.

- [ ] Halloween, Oct 31
- [ ] Veterans Day, Nov 11
- [x] **Thanksgiving, Nov 26 (anchor, everyone)**
- [ ] Black Friday, Nov 27
- [ ] Small Business Saturday, Nov 28
- [ ] Cyber Monday, Nov 30
- [ ] Giving Tuesday, Dec 1
- [ ] Hanukkah, Dec 4 to 12
- [ ] Green Monday, Dec 14
- [ ] Super Saturday, Dec 19
- [ ] Christmas, Dec 25
- [ ] New Year's Eve, Dec 31

**2. Which trend days might fit you?**
Light, single-post days. Pick three or four at most.

- [ ] Intl Coffee Day, Oct 1
- [ ] Dessert Day, Oct 14
- [ ] Boss's Day, Oct 16
- [ ] Sweetest Day, Oct 17
- [ ] Sandwich Day, Nov 3
- [ ] Kindness Day, Nov 13
- [ ] Entrepreneurs Day, Nov 17
- [ ] Espresso Day, Nov 23
- [ ] Cookie Day, Dec 4
- [ ] Ugly Sweater Day, Dec 18
- [ ] A day that matters in my industry: ________________________

**3. What dates matter to your business that are on nobody else's calendar?**
Your anniversary, your founding month, a local festival, a school calendar, a game day, a seasonal peak, a community event. These are often worth more than any national holiday, because no one else is competing for that day.

## Part B: What You Can Actually Handle

**4. In a really good week, how much can you actually handle?**
Your ceiling before quality slips or you burn out.
*Example: "15 cake orders, and that is pushing it."*

**5. How much notice do you need before you can deliver?**
From the moment someone orders to the moment they have it. Say if it changes in December.
*Example: "Five days minimum for a custom cake, two weeks in December."*

**6. Any dates in October, November or December you are closed, traveling, or unavailable?**
Family commitments, vacations, medical appointments, a busy season in another part of your life. Be honest, this is the question that keeps the plan real.
*Example: "Closed Nov 22 to 25, out of town. And I am useless the week of Dec 15, my kids are off school."*

**7. Do you need to buy inventory, supplies, or materials ahead of time?**
If yes: how far ahead, and roughly what does it cost you up front? A campaign that needs $2,000 of supplies in October is a different plan from one that does not.

---

## Part C: Last Year, Honestly

**8. What did you do last Q4, and how did it go?**
Even if the answer is "nothing" or "I posted a few times and nothing happened." That is genuinely useful information.
*Example: "I posted a Black Friday discount the day before. Got two orders."*

**9. What went wrong last Q4 that you do not want to repeat?**
Ran out of stock, took too many orders, burned out, forgot to promote until it was too late, discounted too deep. Naming it is how you build a plan that avoids it.

**10. When is your slowest stretch between October and December, and do you know why?**
Every business has one. Knowing yours tells you where a campaign would do the most good.

**11. When is your busiest stretch, and could you actually take more?**
Sometimes the honest answer is no. That is worth knowing before you promote into it.

## Part D: The Target

**12. What is your goal for these 90 days?**
Pick what you measure, then give the number.

- [ ] Revenue
- [ ] Number of orders
- [ ] Number of bookings or appointments
- [ ] New customers
- [ ] Other: ________________________

**Your number:** ________________________
*Example: "$18,000" or "60 orders" or "25 new clients."*

**And one line on why that number.** What does hitting it actually change for you? This is the thing that keeps you posting in week nine.

**13. Realistically, how many hours a week can you spend on marketing?**
The real number, not the aspirational one. Two honest hours beats ten imaginary ones, and your whole calendar gets built around this answer.
